Vegetation/Terrain:  The terrain of this property is gently rolling with great views to the north.  The terrain of the ranch ranges from relatively level to gently sloping, varying in elevation from about 1,840 feet to a high of about 1,980 feet above mean sea level (AMSL). The elevated portions of the property hold Live Oak, Shin Oak, and the lower portions having soils to include NUvalde Clay Loam, Mereta Clay Loam, Rowena Clay Loam and Kansas Loam.  There are multiple wilman lovegrass fields, attention to brush enhancement was executed to highlight the many hardwoods throughout, +/- 8 miles of grubbed , dozed and maintained right of ways. 

Wildlife This ranch consists of a native whitetail deer herd with no outside genetics being brought in.  Turkey are known to frequent the property, bobwhite quail and the dove hunting has proven to be strong for the area.
